The COMPANY
The Torcostas this is a turning-publishing company, specializing in the production of parts, materials, cast iron and non-ferrous metals, with the technology of CNC and automatic lathes.
The Turning Torcostas Ltd. was founded in October, 1994, in the municipality of Águeda, by the present managers, mr António Costa, and As Costa.
The registered office of the company is in the Industrial district of Giesteira in the municipality of Águeda.
The foundation of the company is a team of experienced, dynamic and specialised, that is, through the power of our proprietary technology is able to meet the needs of our customers.
SERVICES
THE RAW MATERIAL
The Torcostas transforms into ferrous and non-ferrous metals, sourced from the suppliers at national and european level:
• Steel
• Stainless Steel
• Solid brass
• Aluminum
• Copper
• Brass
• Other plastics (Nylon, POM, PE).
We have the equipment to work in different geometries (round bar, slash, block, slash, flare, tube, mechanical tube, calibrated, and profiles).
EQUIPMENT
The Torcostas is equipped with CNC lathes, automatic, with a capacity of a diameter of from 3 to 65mm in diameter, which guarantee the production speed, accuracy, and quality of the different parts, adhering to the specifications and requirements of the client.
We have the equipment to ensure the quality of the products according to the specifications defined in the rules:
